I weighed in at 200 lbs this morning!!! I’ve lost 20 lbs so far.
I can run 20 minutes without taking a break now. My endurance is increasing!”
Our plan is to achieve a realistic and sustainable healthy weight, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure and reducing the need for blood pressure medications. He will have a follow-up with his primary in 3 months to review the progress….
